Business Phone API’s Clients Calls, SMS, Recordings To CRM Software

I need my calls, call recordings, sms, etc from my clients like a fetch system from phone and send it automatically to my clients accounts in CRM software in their notes tab. I need for it to match each customer individually. And if I add a new customer that it would be automatically set up. Hopefully this can be done. Here is API’s and tokens can be entered if project is delivered. Thank you
