Build an alerting crypto trading bot

The programmer must develop a program that reads trading info for the specified trading pair, from the crypto exchange kraken.com API. All source code must be handed over and explained line by line. The program should provide alarms when thresholds are reached for specific financial parameters i.e. RSI bigger than 70 or lower than 30.
