BETTING Backend Developer for Custom Reporting Systems

I am in search of a skilled Backend Developer to assist with managing structured data flows, developing custom backoffice panels, and building advanced reporting systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PHP and MySQL, as these are the preferred technologies for our project.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in PHP for backend development
- Experience with MySQL for database management
- Strong skills in developing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with MVC frameworks for efficient code organization
- Ability to maintain high code quality standards
- Experience with Git for version control

The project involves managing various types of data flows, including user data, transaction data, and log data. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless data handling and reporting.

Development Goals
1. Mobile Money API (M-Pesa)
- Function: Credit and debit the user's wallet using Safaricom's MPESA platform.
2. Data Transmission & Tax Remittance API (KRA)
- Function: Real-time transmission of live bets and their outcomes, plus daily tax remittance to the
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), including:
- Excise Tax
- Withholding Tax
3. SMS Notifications API
- Function: Send SMS notifications to users for:
- OTPs for authentication
- Confirmation of wallet credits and debits
- Other alerts

Technical Requirements
- Implementation following security best practices (API tokens, encryption of sensitive data, etc.).
- Logging of transactions (wallet operations, SMS dispatch, data sent to KRA).
- Creation of webhook or cronjob for daily data remittance to KRA.
- Seamless integration with the Vincitubet.ke platform on Exalogic.
- Commented and documented code.
Expected Deliverables
- Complete and documented source code.
- Integrated endpoints and libraries within Vincitubet.ke backend.
- Short operational manual for future updates.
- Support for deployment and first production setup.
Collaboration Terms
- Detailed quotation with timelines and costs.
- Any SLAs for post-deployment support.
- Availability to collaborate for alignment with the African developer already
involved
