WooCommerce Plugin — Send Order Shipments to External Logistics API

We need an experienced WooCommerce developer to build a custom plugin that connects our WooCommerce store to an external logistics system (Lab1) via a REST API. The plugin sends order data (customer info, shipping address, and products) to create shipments in the logistics system.

This is a one-way integration — WooCommerce sends data to the external API only.

Key requirements
• Admin settings page to configure an API key (Bearer token authentication)
• "Send to Lab1" button on the individual order detail page
• "Send to Lab1" bulk action on the WooCommerce orders list
• Automatic retry on failure (2 attempts total) with an admin notice if both fail
• Two custom order statuses: Sent to Lab1 and Re-sent to Lab1
• Shipment log meta box inside each order showing all send attempts, status, and error messages
• Full HPOS (High Performance Order Storage) compatibility
• Bilingual support — English and Norwegian Bokmål (.pot/.po/.mo translation files included)

Data sent to the API:
• Customer name, email, phone
• Shipping address
• Products (name, SKU, quantity)

Technical Requirements:
• WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.1+, PHP 8.0+
• Tested on WordPress 6.9.4 / WooCommerce 10.6.1
• Clean, well-structured code following WordPress coding standards
• HPOS-compatible (must declare compatibility using FeaturesUtil)
• All strings translatable using WordPress i18n standard (__(), _e(), etc.)
• Nonce verification and manage_woocommerce capability checks on all admin actions

Deliverables:
• Fully functional plugin (.zip) ready to install
• Translation files: lab1-logistics.pot, nb_NO.po, nb_NO.mo
• Brief developer notes on configuration and setup

Payment Structure:
• 30% upfront to start
• 40% upon mid-point review (core features working)
• 30% upon final delivery and acceptance
