Twilio WhatsApp Auto Confirmations -- 2

I need a developer who can wire up my existing WhatsApp Business number to Twilio so that every time an order is confirmed, the customer automatically receives a personalised confirmation message on WhatsApp.
The flow is simple: an order is marked “confirmed” in my system, that event hits Twilio, and Twilio pushes the templated WhatsApp message back to the buyer. I already have the WhatsApp Business profile and a Twilio account; what I’m missing is the code and configuration to tie them together securely and reliably.
Please build the webhook or REST integration, configure the necessary messaging templates inside the Twilio Console, and show me how to update them later. The solution must:
• Trigger solely on the order-confirmation event I expose (JSON over HTTPS is fine).
• Use Twilio’s official WhatsApp API endpoints and comply with template-approval requirements.
• Return success or error status so I can log delivery in my dashboard.
• Be fully tested in both Sandbox and live modes.
If you prefer Node.js, Python, or another Twilio-friendly stack, let me know—flexible on language as long as setup instructions are clear. Once it’s working in production and I see confirmations landing on my own phone, the job is done.
