Text Chat System Implementation -- 2

I’m looking for a developer who can build a lightweight, real-time text-based chat service that I can later plug into whatever front-end I choose. For now, think of it as a standalone microservice that exposes a clean REST/Socket API and can sit behind a simple authentication layer.

Core requirements
• Real-time messaging with typing indicators and message history
• User sign-up/login (email or OAuth) and basic moderation controls
• Scalable architecture (Node.js + Socket.IO, Go + WebSockets, or another modern stack you’re comfortable with)
• Clear API documentation and a concise deployment guide—Docker-ready so I can launch on a standard VPS or cloud host in minutes

Nice-to-have (not mandatory but please note if you can include)
• File attachment handling
• Emoji/GIF support
• End-to-end message encryption
