Rewrite PHP Laravel code
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have purchased the following PHP Laravel script from CodeCanyon:

I’m looking for an experienced Laravel developer to rewrite and refactor this script to ensure clean, optimized, and scalable code — while keeping all current features functional.
In addition, I have a complete Figma design (all pages and screens) that I want to use as the new frontend layout instead of the existing one.
You’ll receive the Figma file after we start the project.
Finally, the rewritten script must include a well-structured RESTful API, as a Flutter mobile app will be developed based on this API.
Requirements:
Rewrite and clean up the backend code for better performance and structure.
Integrate the new Figma frontend design with the Laravel backend.
Make sure all features from the original script work correctly with the new layout.
Develop and document RESTful API endpoints for all major platform functions (authentication, influencer listings, bookings, payments, etc.).
Ensure the API is secure, versioned, and well-structured for easy integration with the upcoming Flutter mobile app.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
Deliver clean, well-documented code.
Deliver clear, readable, and well-documented code, as it will be registered for copyright purposes with multiple organizations.
Selected code sections may be submitted for verification, so the code quality and clarity are essential.
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience in Laravel (latest versions)
Excellent knowledge of Blade, Vue.js, or React (if applicable)
Frontend integration using Figma → HTML/CSS/JS → Laravel
MySQL and REST API handling
Experience with marketplace or influencer platforms is a plus
