React WhatsApp Cloud API Automation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m building a full-featured automation layer on top of the WhatsApp Cloud API and a React front-end. The core features I need working seamlessly are automated replies that pull dynamic data, a scheduler that can queue outbound messages for future delivery, and a simple broadcasting module that can push updates to segmented contact groups.
Although I’m not tied to a CRM at the moment, I do want the codebase structured so that a CRM connector can be dropped in later without major refactoring—think clean service classes, clear separation between messaging logic and data sources, and REST hooks ready for future Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho endpoints.
Your work will include:
• A lightweight Node/Express (or comparable) backend that authenticates with the WhatsApp Cloud API, handles webhooks, and exposes endpoints for the React client.
• A React dashboard where I can create reply templates, schedule campaigns, and trigger broadcasts, all with status tracking in real time via websockets / server-sent events.
• Proper error handling, retry queues, and logging so I can monitor delivery and debug quickly.
• Installation notes plus concise documentation that shows how to spin the project up locally, deploy it (Docker is fine), and wire in a future CRM adapter.
Code must be clean, commented, and pushed to my Git repository as part of the final hand-off, together with a short walk-through video or screenshots demonstrating each feature in action.
