Property Listings Mobile App

I want an intuitive mobile application dedicated to property listings. Buyers should be able to open the app, create a simple account, then immediately dive into a catalogue that they can refine with robust search and filter tools.

Once a set of results appears, an in-app map must plot every matching property, with live pins updating as filters change. Tapping a pin (or an item in the list) should open a clean details screen that pulls photos, price, address, and key specs from the feed I will provide.

Scope at this stage
• Listings feed integration (REST/JSON supplied).
• Search & filter (price, location, bedrooms, etc.) with instant updates.
• Native map view that syncs with the results list.
• Buyer accounts only—sign-up, log-in, password reset, favourites.

Deliverables
1. Source code and build instructions.
2. Test build or TestFlight/APK so I can validate search, filters, map, and login.
3. Brief hand-off documentation noting any third-party libraries or SDKs.

No seller/agent dashboards, no virtual-tour module for now; we can explore those once the core experience is solid. If you’ve shipped similar marketplace or property apps, a short link or video demo would help me gauge fit.
