Printful setup

My WooCommerce store needs to be linked with Printful through their official API so orders can flow automatically. I’ve already chosen Printful as my fulfillment partner; what’s missing is the back-end handshake between the two platforms. No product creation or shipping table work is required—just a clean, reliable connection.

Scope of work
• Generate and configure REST API keys in WooCommerce (WordPress admin)
• Enter those credentials in the Printful dashboard and complete the OAuth flow
• Enable and verify required webhooks so product and order data can pass both ways
• Run a test sync to confirm Printful sees the store and reports the connection as “active”

Acceptance criteria
• Printful dashboard shows the store status as “connected”
• A sample product sync completes with no errors
• A test order reaches Printful automatically and displays the correct customer/shipping details
• I receive a brief hand-off note summarizing exactly where to manage keys and webhooks for future reference

Tools involved: WooCommerce (latest version), WordPress, Printful dashboard, REST API.

Once the connection is proven stable, I’ll take it from there.
