Node.js Coding Interviewer Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m lining up a series of remote coding interviews for candidates who will work daily in Node.js, so I need someone who can step in as the interviewer and accurately gauge real-world competence.
The role centers on live coding sessions: screen-share, repos on GitHub or an online IDE, and the kinds of problems that uncover depth in asynchronous programming, RESTful API design, testing, and performance troubleshooting. After each 45–60-minute call, I’ll rely on you to prepare a short, structured report that highlights strengths, weaknesses, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
Deliverables
• 5–7 original Node.js coding challenges (ES6+), ready to run
• Facilitation of up to 10 live interviews via Zoom or Meet
• A concise evaluation template plus a completed report for every candidate
Acceptance criteria
• Problems mirror day-to-day tasks a backend engineer would face
• Reports reach me within 24 h and cover solution approach, code quality, testing strategy, and communication skills
Everything happens remotely and on your schedule as long as timelines are met. Familiarity with common Node.js tooling—npm, Express, Jest, and async/await patterns—will make the process smooth for everyone involved.
