LMS Meeting Integration Fixes (Zoom & Microsoft Teams)
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with strong experience in Microsoft Teams Graph API, Zoom API, and meeting automation to enhance our existing Learning Management System (LMS). ( NodeJS and ReactJS )
Scope of Work
1. Microsoft Teams Integration
• Implement automatic upload of Teams meeting recordings to Vimeo after the meeting ends.
• Ensure meeting participants cannot join before the trainer/host joins.
• Configure meeting host behavior for external trainers (determine the best approach for assigning host/co-organizer or handling external trainers).
2. Zoom Integration
• Prevent participants from joining the meeting before the trainer/host joins.
• Implement a suitable solution for external trainers where Zoom Alternative Host limitations exist.
Technical Requirements
• Strong experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Zoom Meeting API
• Experience with Vimeo API
• Backend development experience
• REST API integration experience
• Knowledge of authentication (OAuth 2.0)
• Experience troubleshooting meeting permissions and host management
Deliverables
• All requested features implemented and tested.
• Source code committed to our repository.
• Proper error handling and logging.
• API documentation for any new endpoints or changes.
• Cross-browser testing and validation.
Expected Duration
Approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on experience.
