AI Integration for Messaging Platforms

I need an expert to integrate AI with Microsoft Teams and Slack via REST API. The project involves:

- Routing messages directly between AI and platforms
- Creating a multitenant architecture for multiple clients
- Designing unique credentials and configurations per client
- Ensuring secure data separation between clients
- Implementing user identification and session management
- Defining access levels (admin, agent, reader, etc.)
- Storing conversation history in MongoDB
