Improve and Finalize a Banking System Project

I need a developer to help improve and finalize a banking system project that combines a modern web interface with a C++ backend. The project already includes a React frontend, a C++ REST API, and the original banking core logic. It supports multiple user roles including client, employee, admin, and manager, with different dashboards and permissions for each role.

Current features include login/signup, role-based access, balance checking, deposit, withdraw, transfer, client management, employee management, manager controls, and live notifications. The system uses file-based TXT storage, so I want someone who can review the existing architecture, fix bugs, improve code quality, optimize the backend/frontend integration, and help polish the project for production/demo use.
