Fullstack, Python and Rest API Integration

I am looking for a skilled full-stack developer with strong Python experience to build a system capable of receiving and processing JSON postbacks, and then forwarding the data via HTTP POST to an external endpoint.
-What You’ll Build:
A backend system that receives JSON-formatted postback data through an HTTP POST request.
The system must process the received data based on specific business logic (to be provided).
Once processed, the system must send the data to an external HTTP endpoint via POST.
-Key Requirements:
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Proficient in handling JSON data — parsing, validating, and transforming it.
Skilled in sending HTTP POST requests to external services.
Ability to implement business logic rules to process incoming data.
Python expertise is required, ideally using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
-Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
Optional: Experience deploying applications (e.g., Docker, AWS).
