Full-Stack JavaScript Co-Founder
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I am at the concept-validation stage of a new digital product and need a hands-on partner who will own all coding and development work from day one. The immediate mandate is to take the idea from mock-ups to a working, user-testable MVP. Long term, you will continue steering the codebase as it scales.
Tech stack is non-negotiable: modern JavaScript throughout—Node.js on the server, whichever front-end framework you feel speeds us up, and a shared language for build tools, automated tests, and CI/CD. Because this is a full-stack role, you should feel equally comfortable designing database schemas, implementing REST or GraphQL endpoints, and polishing responsive UI components.
I will focus on product, market, and funding while you concentrate on shipping stable, maintainable code. We will iterate quickly, push to production often, and use metrics to guide each sprint. Expect ownership of the GitHub repo, influence over architectural decisions, and an equal voice in strategic conversations once we prove traction.
Early acceptance criteria
• An MVP deployed to a cloud host that onboards real users without manual intervention
• A documented codebase with clear setup, test, and deployment instructions
• Basic analytics wired in so we can track retention and usage patterns
