Epicor ERP Integration & Reports
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need advanced help extending our Epicor ERP platform so that data flows smoothly between its core modules and the wider Epicor environment we already run. The immediate priority is a clean, well-documented integration that uses Epicor’s REST API (or another sanctioned method such as Service Connect, BAQ Data Views, or BPM directives) to synchronise key records across our Epicor instance. Once that backbone is in place, I also require three production-ready SSRS reports built directly inside Epicor:
• Financial Report – balance sheet and P&L pulled from real-time GL data
• Inventory Report – on-hand, allocations, shortages with drill-through to part-level detail
• Sales Report – daily bookings, backlog, and margin by customer and product group
Each report must support parameter filtering, export cleanly to Excel/PDF, and be added to the Epicor menu with the correct security IDs. I will provide sample layouts, test data, and access to a sandbox environment; your deliverables include the integration scripts/BPMs, .rdl files, deployment steps, and short user notes so my team can migrate to production.
Acceptance is based on:
– Zero errors in the Epicor server log after deployment
– Data parity between source tables and the new reports
– Complete hand-over documentation that lets us re-deploy in another environment in under 30 minutes
