ERP-VOIPline API Integration

I need a developer who can wire my in-house PHP ERP to the VOIPline platform via their published REST API. The immediate objective is to automate call logs so that every inbound and outbound call captured in VOIPline instantly appears against the correct customer record inside the ERP.

Beyond the log itself, I also want two additional automations built on the same connection:
• Customer notifications – trigger an email or SMS from the ERP when a missed call is detected or when voicemail is left.
• Performance reporting – pull VOIPline’s call‐detail metrics into our reporting module so agents and managers can see live and historical call statistics without leaving the ERP dashboard.

Your work should cover:
1. Secure OAuth or token-based authentication with VOIPline.
2. Clean, well-documented PHP endpoints or background jobs that map VOIPline webhooks to our MySQL schema.
3. Error handling and retry logic that prevents data loss during VOIPline outages.
4. A short hand-over guide so my internal devs can maintain or extend the integration later.

If you are comfortable with PHP 8+, REST/JSON, and have integrated telephony or CRM systems before, I’d like to get this moving quickly.
