Django HMS SaaS Backend Development

I’m building a multi-tenant Healthcare Management System delivered as a SaaS product and need a solid Django back-end to power it. The core modules already outlined are patient management, billing & payments, and appointment scheduling, all exposed through a well-documented REST API so web and mobile front-ends can consume them easily.
Beyond the basics, the system must connect smoothly with external Electronic Health Record systems (FHIR or HL7 endpoints), standard payment gateways, and insurance-provider APIs, passing data securely and logging every transaction for audit purposes. Role-based access is critical: doctors, administrators and patients will each see only what they should, so fine-grained permissions, robust authentication (JWT or OAuth2) and an activity trail are expected.
If you’re comfortable architecting scalable Django apps, working with PostgreSQL, integrating third-party services and writing clean, tested code, this project will give you room to shine.
