About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Freelance Go Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to build high-performance applications and APIs.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservice architecture.
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Experience working with Docker and containerized applications.
Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with gRPC and distributed systems.
Understanding of security best practices and authentication protocols.
