Develop NodeJS RESTful API with Informix

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a RESTful API using NodeJS that connects directly to an Informix database. The API should support essential CRUD operations and include authentication and authorization features.

We currently use Microsoft C# based WebAPI and are contemplating a change to NodeJS running on Linux

Key Requirements:
- Develop a RESTful API with NodeJS with JWT
- Implement CRUD operations: Create, Read, Update, Delete
- Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms we currently using C# .NET and the Microsoft Authentication libraries, either re-use the Microsoft table structure or if this is not feasible propose alternatives. Need to support issuing of a JWT for a user Id and password AND the issuing of APIKeys.
- Establish a direct connection to the Informix database using a Node.js driver
- Must demonstrate the execution of Informix stored procedures.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in NodeJS and RESTful API development
- Experience with Informix databases and Node.js drivers
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization processes
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
