Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Codebeamer Developer with strong expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), system configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Codebeamer solutions aligned with business and engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customize Codebeamer ALM solutions
Develop workflows, templates, trackers, and automation rules
Implement and manage Codebeamer integrations with tools such as Jira, Git, DOORS, etc.
Support requirements management, test management, and traceability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Compliance)
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance
Participate in system upgrades and migration activities
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Automotive, Medical, Aerospace – if applicable)
Required Skills & Expertise:
5+ years of experience working with Codebeamer ALM
Strong understanding of ALM / PLM / SDLC processes
Experience in workflow design & customization
Proficiency in Java / Groovy / scripting (preferred)
Experience with REST APIs & integrations
Knowledge of requirements management & traceability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Experience in regulated industries (Automotive, Medical Devices, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, Polarion, DOORS
Experience with system migration / upgrade projects
Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO, ASPICE, etc.)
