What you’ll build
A secure WordPress portal (custom plugin) that lets principals/teachers manage:
Class Logs (10–12 min routine), ALS tasks, Evidence uploads (private), and Monthly Reports (PDF).
Per-school dashboards + weekly nudges + retention jobs.
One system to add/manage multiple schools with minimal clicks.
Tech
WordPress 6+, PHP 8.2, MySQL (Hostinger)
Custom plugin (no page builders), REST APIs, nonce/cap checks
PDF: mPDF or Dompdf (server-side HTML→PDF)
Charts: Chart.js
Email: WP Mail SMTP (Google/Brevo/Postmark)
Private file storage outside webroot + signed download URLs
Deliverables
“BB Schools” plugin with: Schools/Users, Roster import (CSV), Class Logs, ALS Calendar, Evidence (private storage), Monthly Report (PDF), Dashboards, Weekly Nudges, Retention job, Export CSVs, Audit log.
Control Panel page (add school, run reports/nudges, see KPIs).
Clean code, docs, and a demo school with fake data.
