Searching for a partner in India for selling in Etsy

I am a graphic designer digital invitation and party decorations for childdren.

I am interested in selling in Etsy.com my digital invitations, but as I live in Argentina I am not allowed to open a shop in that portal.
I am looking for a partner in India who currently DOESNT sell in Etsy, who can open an account al let me operate it. I prefer someone from India, because that is the only country where Etsy allows to receive payments in Paypal.
My idea is to give 20% of revenue to my partner, after Etsy and Paypal comissions are applied. I mean from all the earnings going to Paypal, 20% would be for you, it would be a totally passive income because I would made all the work (create the designs and attend to the clients). My portion of earnings should be transfered to my paypal account.
