Sauna/Hydromassage

I have 6 brand new infrared 2 person sauna units ( one unit is ADA) and two almost brand new hydromassage beds I would like to sell. The sauna units are still in the original boxes. They cost about $5,500 each and the hydromassage beds were $15,000. I need help to sell these items.
