survey for artificial nails

My team and I are looking for someone to conduct a survey for us about artificial nails. The purpose of this survey is to gain valuable market research that will inform our understanding of teenager/ university student trends related to artificial nails. We will need the survey to contain between 10 to 20 questions to get an accurate picture of the results. Our target demographic is teenagers, so if you have any experience in engaging with teenagers in surveys or questionnaires, we'd appreciate it.
