scientific research questionaire

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my scientific research questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather data for a physical sciences research study I am conducting. my research title is "Comparing Pain Sensitivity in Sedentary Individuals and Manual Labourers During Exercise" .
