do research and outreach for business partnerships

I am looking to offer my clients a network of recruiters, thus, I am looking for someone who can help me research and outreach to recruiters to partner with my business. Therefore, this gig would be about researching recruitment agencies around the mental health field and reaching out to them to pitch them partnering up with my company.
