Do a research for 7 types of cold-pressed oils.

I am looking for someone to execute a research project on cold-pressed oils (food industry).
There are seven types of oils:
1. Almond oil
2. Walnut oil
3. Grape seed oil
4. Pumpkin seed oil
5. Black cumin oil
6. Flax seed oil
7. Sesame seed oil
The research should include for each of them:
- Description
- Benefits
- The nutrients that it contains
- Suggested use / recipes
- Any other interesting information and facts
- Sources/references of the information
- Links to recipes containing the oils would be appreciated
The information will be used to create some informative brochures about the oils and also for the product description on the website.
