We require an experienced HR freelancer or recruiter for a long term project, who are able to source candidates from own network, job portals, links or references, or by any means. In this project, you will be searching for candidates who are ideally with a background in the consultant or thinktank sector as we are the official Hiring Partners for reputed Consultant Service Companies. Your(Freelancer) responsibilities will include but not be limited to. Sourcing potential candidates from your own network,on portals, reterences, etc. Screening and shortlisting viable candidates Previous experience in similar roles is paramount, an understanding and awareness of the consultant or thinktank would be a beneficial advantage This project is commission based. For each successful joining, there are attractive payouts. We can discuss in detail about the payouts.
