Find on-site management staff for logistic support of Livestream, working scope as below:
1) Becoming our on-site management staff who is the only one can contact with our clients on-site. Neither influencer team nor shooting team can contact clients, otherwise the clients will find it annoying.
2) Contact and gathering Influencers team & shooting team to the event location to do the livestream (Live from 19:00-21:00, checking the location and Live signal on 14:00 the same day)
3) Manage the travel of influencers team and shooting team, if any, inc. hotels & flight tickets or any other transportation cost. This time, maybe everyone will be in the capital of Chile, it might not happen.
