There are 23 Sister Cities for Cleveland, OH; https://case.edu/ech/articles/cleveland-sister-city-partnerships
I want to know how many professional men's and professional women's soccer (what the rest of the world calls "football") teams are in each sister city. It's possible that there could be more than one professional soccer club in each city it might be that the are in different leagues, but I'd want to know:
Team Name
Whether it's a Men's or Woman's Team
The League
Main Sponsor (Kit Sponsor)
