I need a seurity analyst - my facebook account , verizon account, and my phone was ghosted

I need to know if I can have data pulled from my Facebook account of activity since August of this year, and if there was new Facebook account created in my name and also if my phone was ghosted. I am attaching print outs of messages I rec'd of hacking of Facebook and my Verizon cable account /email
