I need a medical expert

I am making an insurance claim for delayed-onset PTSD. The insurer is relying on a number of histories given by me to clinicians which ate factually incorrect. During these interviews I was heavily medicated and at one stage diagnosed as being psychotic. I would like to find an expert who can give an opinion on the effect of the drugs I was taking on my cognition and memory at the time of the interviews. I have lists of drugs being taken at the time of interviews from official records. If they know anything about delayed-onset PTSD and effects on memory & cognition that would be a bonus. I live in Sydney Australia.
