job search company research, scouting for openings, applying, recruiter outreach and appointment setting

I am a senior executive at a company in Europe, and about to lose my job. I would like to conduct a robust job search, and would like help. Here is a list of things I would like help with:

1) identifying lists of companies of interest based on agreed criteria;
2) once list of companies agreed, identification of key internal stakeholders to approach, potentially like head of talent acquisition, and or identification of contacts within my LinkedIn profile
3) scouring of LinkedIn postings, application and then tracing contacts within those companies with openings for connection making
4) identifying lists of executive recruiters, performing outreach to those recruiters and scheduling appointments

We would work from shared database/ excel files on google drive and shared access to my email ,LinkedIn and Zoom accounts.

I would be interested in someone who can commit up to 6 months of time.
