cooking activity segmentation using pre-trained models

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with cooking segmentation. My main goal is to identify the target audience for my cookbook, as I am open to ideas for the cuisine or theme. I would like to target not only vegetarians/vegans or meat-eaters, but also health-conscious individuals. The ideal candidate should have experience in market research and be able to provide insights on the target audience.
