YouTube Educational Scriptwriter Wanted
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a growing YouTube channel that breaks down social systems—how institutions, policies, and everyday behaviours interact—and I need a talented scriptwriter to turn my research and outlines into captivating episodes. The channel is firmly in the educational space, yet I want each video to feel engaging and entertaining rather than formal and lecture-like.
Your task is to take topic briefs I supply and craft full video scripts, ideally 1,200–1,800 words for a 10–12-minute runtime. Openers should hook the viewer fast, the body should weave clear explanations with relatable stories or analogies, and the conclusion should leave the audience with a memorable takeaway or call-to-action. While doing so, please sprinkle in light-hearted humour where it fits and suggest simple on-screen visuals or B-roll cues so that editing flows naturally.
Deliverables
• Polished, fact-checked script in Google Docs or Word
• Visual or graphic cues noted in brackets
• Turnaround of three days per script with one revision round included
Acceptance criteria
• Tone matches the engaging, conversational style of the channel
• Content is accurate, plagiarism-free (checked via Grammarly/Turnitin)
• Length and pacing align with the target video duration
If you’ve written for educational YouTube channels—or any format that makes complex ideas easy to digest—send over a sample link or excerpt that shows your style. I’m excited to find a long-term collaborator who can help viewers understand the systems that shape our world while keeping them thoroughly entertained.
