Write a systemic review and meta analysis

The details of the topic will be disclosed to the selected freelancer. I am looking for somebody who has experience in writing systemic reviews and run meta-analysis on the data (after collecting data). Preferably with some medical background. The freelancer has to follow the Cochrane systemic review protocol to complete this project- anybody who has written any systemic review in the past would know this.
