I need a diversity statement for a client who is applying for faculty positions at leading U.S. universities. The statement should be 1-2 pages long.
The statement should:
1) Show the candidate's understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion;
2) Provide a track record on diversity, equity and inclusion matters throughout the candidate's professional and academic career; and
3) Provide some examples of how the candidate would promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
I will provide details on the candidate's background once a freelancer has been selected.
