Job ID: 34675765

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

We are looking for someone to search the Internet and create a report on IP addresses, ISPs ‎and the state of Internet use in Afghanistan by the population (exclude the military) ‎particularly during 2009-2013.‎
Knowledge of IP assignments by the IANA and ARIN is needed, and familiarity with ‎mcit.gov.af would be helpful.‎
Every piece of information found needs to have a valid URL to the source.‎
Among information sought are 2009-2013:‎
‎-IP address blocks assigned or de-assigned
‎-Geolocation of the IP address blocks assigned (to cities and/or regions)‎
‎-Number of ISPs in large cities, e.g., Kandahar, Bagram and Kabul
‎-Location and number of Internet Cafés in large cities (Kandahar and Bagram)‎
‎-IP addresses of internet cafés (particularly those in Kandahar and Bagram)‎
‎-Statistics on other users of the Internet, e.g., businesses, schools, hotels, hospitals and houses
‎-Bandwidths, speed, type (dialup, coax, WiFi, Satellite, Fiber optics)‎
I don’t want to be overwhelmed with unorganized and repeat data. However, I would prefer ‎multiple sources on the same data found corroborating the same information fully or partially.‎
This is for business and we have a PDF book that has some of this information which we will provide as a reference.
