Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are looking for someone to search the Internet and create a report on IP addresses, ISPs and the state of Internet use in Afghanistan by the population (exclude the military) particularly during 2009-2013.
Knowledge of IP assignments by the IANA and ARIN is needed, and familiarity with mcit.gov.af would be helpful.
Every piece of information found needs to have a valid URL to the source.
Among information sought are 2009-2013:
-IP address blocks assigned or de-assigned
-Geolocation of the IP address blocks assigned (to cities and/or regions)
-Number of ISPs in large cities, e.g., Kandahar, Bagram and Kabul
-Location and number of Internet Cafés in large cities (Kandahar and Bagram)
-IP addresses of internet cafés (particularly those in Kandahar and Bagram)
-Statistics on other users of the Internet, e.g., businesses, schools, hotels, hospitals and houses
-Bandwidths, speed, type (dialup, coax, WiFi, Satellite, Fiber optics)
I don’t want to be overwhelmed with unorganized and repeat data. However, I would prefer multiple sources on the same data found corroborating the same information fully or partially.
This is for business and we have a PDF book that has some of this information which we will provide as a reference.
