Virtual Recruiter - Candidate sourcing & Shortlisting

I run a recruitment agency.
We are in need of someone who can source candidate profiles on LinkedIn, Find their contact details and add them to our database, against the job brief.
You will be provided with the tools to do this, excluding LinkedIn premium.
You will need your own LinkedIn premium subscription to perform the duties of the position.
I'm looking for someone who can work 5 days per week, 7 hours per day.
I need someone who is easily contactable and always available for zoom meetings and to discuss feedback on their work.
Ideally, you would have experience as a recruiter or candidate sourcing.
you also need to be proactive to research companies, industries, position titles to fully understand what type of candidates you need to find.
