Vietnam-based Product / UX Researcher Wanted

I'm in need of a talented Product/UX researcher based in Vietnam to conduct user research for my project.
I need Researcher to conduct 20 user interviews in Vietnamese, help prepare transcript and a report on the interviews conducted. The interviews will be with employees from car dealerships.
The research guide (questions for the interviews) will be provided. Recruiting respondents for the interview will also be taken care of. All we need is conducting the interviews on Vietnamese and preparing report (in English).
Experience in conducting user interviews is appreciated but not necessary.
