Vietnam-Based Parent Community Connector Needed

Job ID: 39574750

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

We are a team working on a university research project exploring new, fun ways for young children (ages 2-7) in Vietnam to learn English.

We are in the early stages of our project and our primary goal is to listen. We want to have friendly, 30-minute conversations with parents to understand their real-world challenges and experiences. We are not selling anything.

We are looking for a reliable and well-connected individual in Vietnam to help us find and schedule 20-30 parents who fit our research criteria. This is a short-term project with the potential for future collaboration.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Find & Identify: Use your knowledge of online/offline parent communities (Facebook Groups, Zalo Groups, local forums, personal networks) to find parents who meet the specific criteria listed below.
- Communicate & Explain: Clearly explain the purpose of our university research project to potential parents. You will need to build trust and assure them that this is a confidential research interview, not a sales call.
- Screen: Ask a few simple screening questions to confirm the parent is a good fit for our study.
- Schedule & Coordinate: Schedule a confirmed 30-minute online interview slot (via Google Meet) that works for both the parent and our research team.
- Manage & Remind: Send a reminder to the parent before the scheduled interview to ensure they attend.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)
- You are a "super-connector" based in Vietnam, with deep connections to parent communities.
- You are an active and trusted member of Vietnamese parenting groups on platforms like Facebook or Zalo.
- You are an excellent and empathetic communicator who can build rapport easily.
- You are highly organized, reliable, and professional.
- Being a parent yourself is a huge plus!
