Verify MD Contacts for 270 Firms

I’m holding a spreadsheet of 270 UK-based companies and need it enriched, line-by-line, with the direct contact details of each company’s Managing Director (or the closest senior equivalent). For every record I require the individual’s full name, their direct email address, and a working mobile number.

High accuracy is essential. I will be confirming the data, so please verify every entry through both a quick phone reach-out and an email check before marking it complete. If a number bounces or a mailbox hard-returns, it shouldn’t appear in the final file. Feel free to draw on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, reputable databases, or any other reliable research techniques—as long as the end result is correct and fully verified.

Deliverables:
• My original sheet returned in Excel/Google Sheets format, with new columns for Name, Email, Mobile, and a brief “Verification note” showing the date and method (phone or email) you used.
• A short summary of any companies where no direct details could be obtained after reasonable effort, so I can decide on next steps.
