U.S Vending Contracts Data Collection
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collection Agent to research and compile information on vending machine service contracts across all counties in the United States. This project is focused on gathering current and historical bid/solicitation data, identifying points of contact, and determining expiration dates for existing vending service agreements.
You will be expected to research official county procurement portals, public records, and any relevant contract repositories. Where data is not directly available online, you’ll be responsible for contacting county procurement offices via email or phone to obtain the required information.
Requirements:
Strong research skills and ability to navigate government websites
Fluent in English and professional communication for outreach
Proficiency in spreadsheet organization
Ability to verify and cross-check public data
Experience in B2G research or contract sourcing is a plus
Scope & Timeframe:
Goal: All 3,144 counties (Spreadsheet will be provided with all counties)
This can be broken into phases or regions if necessary
Flexible timeline but updates expected weekly
