University Collaboration Facilitator

I write books and need help gathering information for my books. My greatest need now is to find a scientific collaborator on a book I've already written. I have identified departments around the world that may have faculty with common interests. I would like my personal assistant to get a message from me posted to faculty in these departments. This job is to figure out how to get my message to these departments and then to post my message there.

The strongest proposal will show understanding of what I'm looking for, and a plan for how you could do it.
