RF/Ultrasonic Skincare Device Regulation Exploration -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone who can research the regulations for importing and selling RF/ultrasonic skin care devices are considered as medical device in India.
A brief report needs to be made with the following information:
1) Whether or not our product is considered as medical device in India
(The medical device class information if it is considered as medical device.)
- Reasons to believe the product is medical device (or not) and related laws and regulations (with sources of the information such as website link)
2) Regulations related to the import of RF/ultrasonic skin care device
- Approval or license that importer and distributor are obliged to obtain prior to the import and selling of RF/ultrasonic skin care device (such as Radio Communication equipment license)
- Related laws and regulatory authorities
3) Regulations and standards related to the sale of RF/ultrasonic skin care device, such as Quality standards or quality requirements, Environmental requirements (RoHS etc.) that need to be satisfied (if any)
4) Regulations regarding labels (labeling requirements, if any)
Each report needs to be made in English and will be of about 4 sheets of A4 paper (about 2,000 words).
I want the reports to be submitted within 10 days.
(I think those information can be obtained by searching websites of related governmental offices or contacting governmental offices such as the customs office, Office of Communications Authority, etc.)
