I need someone who can check whether RF/ultrasonic skin care devices are considered as medical device in India.

A brief report (say, 2-3 pages in A4 sheets) needs to be made in English with the following information:
1. Whether or not our product is considered as medical device in India
(The medical device class information If it is considered as medical device.)
2. Reasons to believe the product is medical device (or not) and related laws and regulations
3. Sources of the information (website link)
I think those information can be obtained by searching websites of related governmental offices or contacting governmental offices such as the Ministry of Health.
The applicant should have knowledge of laws and regulations.
