Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking to bring on board a skilled individual to help me develop a skill-based initiative aimed at recent graduates in the USA. This initiative will primarily focus on fostering technical skills, with the end goal of better preparing new graduates for the job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research: Identify the most sought-after technical skills in the current job market, and those lacking in the recent graduates.
- Curriculum Development: Create a comprehensive technical skills development program.
- Implement the program: Oversee the execution of the designed initiative and ensure that it meets the desired objectives.
- Measure & Optimize: Implement mechanisms to measure the impact of the program and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- A background in skill development, particularly in the technical field.
- Strong research capabilities, particularly in the job market and skills trends.
- Excellent curriculum development skills.
- Experience in program implementation and evaluation, preferably in an educational or training context.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
