Turkisch mechanical and structural engineer: directly available

I am looking for a Turkish mechanical or structural engineer based in Turkey who is fluent in both English and Turkish and who can conduct an online search for companies before calling them on Monday, January 2nd. The online search should start directly; creating two Excel sheets of target companies in Istanbul and Izmir. Reaching out to these companies should start Monday morning, as soon as the companies open.
